21 August 2026 | TPO Nepal
TPO Nepal conducted an organization-wide orientation on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PRSEAH) on 21 August 2026. The session was facilitated by Ms. Ratna Maya Lama, Safeguarding Officer, TPO Nepal, with participation from staff across the organization.
The orientation was conducted through a hybrid modality, bringing together staff from both TPO Nepal’s Central Office and Field Offices. The session aimed to strengthen staff understanding of PRSEAH, safeguarding principles, organizational responsibilities, and the mechanisms available for reporting and responding to safeguarding concerns.
The session featured an interactive discussion on key PRSEAH-related issues, including reporting mechanisms, organizational linkages, and referral pathways currently in place. Staff actively participated in the discussion, sharing questions and perspectives and strengthening their awareness of their roles and responsibilities in promoting a safe and accountable organizational environment.
Staff were also reminded of TPO Nepal’s Dignity reporting mechanism, through which safeguarding-related concerns can be raised:
