Psychosocial support for CAAFAG and vulnerable children

Save the Children supported 4 NGOS in implementation of a psychosocial support program for Children Associated with Armed Forces And Groups (CAAFAG) and other vulnerable children in 8 districts of Nepal: Kailali, Baitadi, Achham, Rukum, Rolpa, Banke, Dang, and Saptari. Implementing NGOS provided individual and group counseling, family counseling, dance movement therapy, and conducted awareness raising programs with community members. TPO Nepal provided technical and clinical supervision of staff at all implementing organizations. This project was conducted from 1 January 2009 to 1 December 2010.
