TPO Nepal has a professional staff of 40, including a management team of 6, a research team of 8, a training team of 8, and a clinical/counseling team of 14, supported by 4 administrative and support staff. TPO also currently (2009) employs more than 30 Community Psychosocial Workers (CPSWs) in district based projects.

In addition, HealthNet TPO Netherlands supports the technical (clinical and research) and organizational development of TPO Nepal through expatriate Technical and Organizational Advisors.
